- What counts as a story?
- Each new story Lumiboo writes for you, with its narration, counts as one. Replaying stories from your library never counts.
- What happens at 60?
- You can keep listening to every story in your library. New stories unlock again at the start of next month. An extra pack of 60 stories for $5.99 is coming soon.
- Can I cancel?
- Yes, anytime. You keep Premium until the end of the period you paid for, and you won't be charged again.
- How do refunds work?
- Within 14 days of any Premium charge, you get a full refund if you created 2 stories or fewer in that period. Email refund@lumiboo.app or use paddle.net.
